Become an affiliate

By applying to the ComplianceJunkie Affiliate Programme you agree to the following terms: 1. Commission is earned only on referrals that result in a paying subscription that remains in good standing. Commission is calculated at the rate communicated to you on approval and is subject to change with notice. 2. You will market ComplianceJunkie honestly and lawfully. You may not make false claims, spam, or use misleading advertising, and you may not bid on ComplianceJunkie trademarks in paid search. 3. You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent or partner of ComplianceJunkie. You are responsible for your own taxes on any commission paid to you. 4. Commission payouts are made to the nominated bank account you provide below. You confirm that the account details and identity document supplied are true and belong to you (or that you are authorised to use them). 5. ComplianceJunkie may suspend or terminate your affiliate account, and withhold commission, for any breach of these terms or any fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity. 6. Your personal information and uploaded identity document are collected and processed for verification and payout purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law (including POPIA). 7. These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
